The Pen Pro from Atago offers Brix measurements quickly and
easily thanks to its insertion design. Instead of taking sample to
the instrument, the sensor end of the Pen Pro is inserted into the
sample under test. Simply stir the sample and continuous
measurements of Brix are shown on the integral display.
Extremely easy to use, the Pen Pro offers precise measurements
on screen in around 2 seconds. The entire instrument is
waterproof which means it can be rinsed under a tap ready for the
next sample.
The measurement range is 0.0 to 85.0% allowing the Pen Pro
to be used in any liquid, sauce and paste samples.
